Trainer

Trainers are experts in their field and adept at imparting knowledge to others. They employ various methods and ideologies to train their students.
More About Trainer
A trainer can be the student's partner or just someone who prepares the student for potential partners. Before training, instructors may know their students well or be strangers.
Training a student usually requires at least ninety days of rigorous instruction. Old, harmful habits are broken throughout the first thirty days. Newer, favored habits are substituted for old ones during the next 30 days. The last 30 days are utilized to ensure the new habits last. This chronology is an essential reference and was influenced by U.S. military schedules. A year or more may be needed for some training.
Trainers may employ a range of strategies, such as teaching the student how to complete certain tasks, modeling desired behaviors, rewarding positive behavior, and penalizing negative behavior. To strengthen the power dynamic between trainer and student, trainers frequently require their students to wear training collars.
Not every trainer will be a good fit for every student because different trainers employ different training philosophies and techniques. To get the most out of their training sessions, students should choose a trainer with whom they get along.
