A person who finds excitement and sexual release in masturbation but is uninterested in participating in partnered sexual activities is known as a homosexual.  This could be due to social anxiety, a simple desire for one's sexual companionship, or worry about the risks associated with partnered sexual activity (such as potential STI exposure and pregnancy).
