Face Off Sex Position

In the oral sex position known as "Face Off," one person sits while the other stands hunched over with their head between their knees. The pair can engage in simultaneous oral sex while in these positions.

A variant of the typical 69 position is the Face Off sex position.

More About Face-Off Sex Position

One partner sits on the floor or a bed with their legs straight out to do the face-off. To place the standing partner's posterior close to their partner's Face and their feet on each side of their legs, the other partner stands with their back to the seated partner. If one spouse is incapacitated and the other is not, this role can be ideal.

Oral sex involves the standing partner bending at the waist and placing their mouth on their partner's genitalia. The sitting person can perform oral sex by bending over and using their mouth to access their partner's genitalia. We acknowledge that this position might not be feasible or pleasant for people with hypermobility and other limitations that affect standing, and that's acceptable.

The standing partner may place their hands down to support themselves if they can stand or have their partner support their legs or back to help them maintain their posture. Before starting this, talking to each other about the effects on the body is crucial.

If the standing partner's legs remain straight in the Face Off posture, they may feel tired. People with disabilities who can stand also have this problem.  It is more pleasant to bend the knees slightly.

Additionally, some people might not be physically able to reach their partner's genitalia by bending over. It's alright!  To lessen the necessary bending, you can change your posture and stand with your feet behind your partner's back. Alternatively, individuals may express joy with their hands instead of words.

Another alternative for simultaneous oral sex is to perform the normal 69 while lying down, which is easier. For persons with cerebral palsy or others who have poor trunk control or are unable to stand or bend, this can be a far more accessible option.
